Our shop is much more than a sales room. It is the first point of contact for our customers, a meeting place for cycling enthusiasts and the flagship of our brand. Here enthusiasm, trust and unforgettable customer experiences are created.
Your tasks – you make a difference:
• You actively approach our customers, advise with know-how and empathy – whether beginner, commuter or bike pro – ensuring a first-class shopping experience.
• You share our commitment: to assemble exactly the bike for each customer that meets their individual needs and requirements.
• You help ensure that our sales area feels like a modern bike meeting point – inviting, inspiring, high-quality and well maintained.
• Listening, thinking along, recommending the right bike – that’s exactly your thing!
Your profile – what you bring:
• You have a strong customer orientation, are sporty active and enjoy selling high-quality bikes and suitable accessories.
• You bring solid experience in consulting or sales, enabling you to take on deputy functions if required.
• Your passion for bikes and your professional appearance make you the ideal contact person in the shop.
• As a communicative personality, you bring team spirit, initiative and quality awareness.
