Technical Manager Buildings & Infrastructure at 80%
In this role, you will ensure the operational and technical management of a portfolio of buildings spread across several sites.

You will ensure their proper functioning, maintenance, and the coordination of various internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description
- Ensure the technical and operational management of a multi-site real estate portfolio
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 12 people
- Assess the maintenance, renovation, and upkeep needs of the buildings
- Develop budgets related to works and ensure their monitoring
- Plan and oversee technical interventions and maintenance services
- Coordinate external companies and guarantee the quality of the services performed
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards
- Contribute to the energy performance and sustainability objectives of the buildings
- Collaborate with various internal partners within renovation, refurbishment, or transformation projects
Profile Sought
- Federal VET diploma in the building sector or equivalent training
- Diploma as a Building Technician ES, Federal Certificate as Technical Manager, or similar training
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role in French-speaking Switzerland
- Proven experience in managing technical teams
- Strong project management and work monitoring skills
- Good technical knowledge of buildings (HVAC)
- Sensitivity to issues related to the preservation of built heritage and sustainable development
- Excellent organisational skills and sense of priorities
- Good interpersonal skills, natural leadership, sociability, and team spirit
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
