Project Manager: Infrastructure Specialist Office

Your tasks
- Maintenance and preservation of infrastructures and real estate as well as coordination of planners and craftsmen
- Coordination of building services in the areas of heating, ventilation, and sanitation
- Planning and execution of infrastructure projects at various locations
- Collaboration in energy and resource management as well as in the building management system
- Co-responsibility for the technical safety of infrastructures and buildings
- Client representation and maintaining contact with authorities and offices
Your profile
- Certified construction manager or technical basic training in building services (heating, ventilation, sanitation) with corresponding additional training
- Experience in project and construction management of infrastructure projects in commercial, residential, and office construction
- Innovative, process-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong customer orientation, teamwork skills, and assertiveness
- Respectful interaction with people with disabilities
- Confident in using Microsoft 365, common collaboration tools, and AutoCAD
