We are looking for a committed employee for the extracurricular programme at our INDUSTRIESTRASSE location.

What are your tasks?

Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
Main responsibility for the care and supervision of the entrusted children in the extracurricular programme
Care of the children before lessons, during the lunch break and after lessons
Design of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for the children
Observation and development documentation based on portfolios
Guidance of apprentices in the group
Establishing a partnership in education with the families
Organisation and implementation of excursions and parent activities
Active participation in team meetings
Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

A completed training as FABE, educator or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
Team player
Initiative, creativity and flexibility
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
