Mechanical, micromechanical or general engineer with at least 5 years of proven experience in industry, including 1 to 2 years in watchmaking on projects related to industrialisation, methods, quality, construction and/or product.

A very good communicator, you are autonomous, rigorous and have excellent leadership skills. You possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, have an excellent capacity for adaptation, synthesis and very good interpersonal skills. Working in a cross-functional team is a source of motivation for you.

As a project manager for industrialisation methods - watch components at Auctae, you will be involved in the reindustrialisation of watch components: case, middle case, back, crown, strap, link, clasp, etc., series life monitoring and

• reindustrialise watch components – watch parts – according to the standard process flows;
• manage product projects, mainly after-sales service (SAV) and series life;
• prepare manufacturing files;
• collect input data necessary for the successful start of industrialisation projects (technical definition, feedback from similar projects, processes to be implemented, etc.);
• initiate and lead exchange sessions necessary for the smooth running of these projects;
• manage the technical data associated with the projects in accordance with standards;
• handle deviations from standard process flows;
• collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams within the scope;
• coordinate and compile all manufacturing methods files, series life, product renewals, respecting the references and project objectives (quality, costs, deadlines) ensuring the reliability of process flows (manufacturing files), bills of materials and technical data;
• manage activities in line with the missions and indicators of the process flow;
• carry out industrialisation risk analyses with the project team (FMEA, PDCA, etc.);
• be the guarantor of the robustness of technical data and respect the processes.

You are of Swiss nationality, hold a valid work permit (B, C or G) or are a national of one of the European Union (EU) member states.
