About the job
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Finance Clerk 80% for the Finance Department of the Aarwangen municipality from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Maintaining the general ledger
- Professional responsibility for accounts receivable management including debt collection
- Management of care vouchers
- Support with budgeting, annual financial statements and VAT accounting
- Support in the IT area
- Deputising for the Head of Finance
We expect
- Commercial basic training
- Further training in finance (ideally Bernese financial administrator, professional certificate or comparable further training)
- Ideally system knowledge of Abacus and Innosolv
- Teamwork, resilience, reliability and a high sense of responsibility
