Service Desk Support Agent

• Receiving support requests by phone or ticket system
• Analyzing and resolving IT issues (including software and hardware requests)
• Performing routine tasks such as software installations and supporting the management and updating of IT inventory, software licenses, etc.
• Supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Installing and providing additional workstations and relocating existing workstations
• Creating and contributing to the maintenance of ICT documentation and knowledge articles
• Continuously optimizing support processes and automating recurring tasks

This is how you convince us:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office applications, and basic network technologies
• Very good knowledge of the M365 product suite, PowerShell knowledge is an advantage
• Customer-oriented, strong communication, and problem-solving personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
