About the job

The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatients and more than 70,000 outpatients. In the interdisciplinary emergency centre, more than 27,500 people are treated annually.

In the Cleaning department, we are looking for a Team Leader Domestic Services 80 - 100% (m/f) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Active participation in the team and ensuring cleanliness and order in the various departments and rooms
Planning and coordination of general workflows and interim cleaning
Monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations
Administrative tasks (scheduling, ordering cleaning supplies, reviewing workflows)
Conducting qualification discussions in collaboration with the Domestic Services management
Training and coaching of employees

Your Profile

Qualification as a Certified Domestic Services Specialist or Certified Building Cleaner
Experience in domestic services/cleaning and in staff management
Team-oriented and customer-focused personality with a healthy assertiveness
High motivation and willingness to work, including weekend shifts (weekend allowance)
Good oral and written German skills are essential
