Job Description
You take care of all our existing customers in a defined sales area and increase the awareness of new products and services from Bosch Power Tools through targeted acquisition of new customers.
You develop individual solutions with our customers and convey the added value of working with Bosch Power Tools to the customer.
Furthermore, you are responsible for:
- The sales/profit development of the assigned sales region and customers
- Targeted demonstrations, training, and presentations of the entire product range
- Contract negotiations, project business, and achieving budget targets
- Project, product, and customer analyses regarding applications and solutions
- Regular customer and market feedback
Qualifications
- Basic vocational training in a craft
- Business management training is an advantage
- Experience and network in the Swiss main construction industry
- Experience in direct sales of construction-related products and/or services
- Understanding of customer needs and application areas
- Proactive and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels
- Language skills: (Swiss) German, French is an advantage
