Brewing & Beverage Technologist EFZ
We run our company in a modern way and value good training. During the three years of apprenticeship, you will get to know the world of food technologies and learn to work with it. From summer 2027, we will be offering the apprenticeship as a Brewing & Beverage Technologist EFZ.
Take your chance with us: Our versatile sales range includes national and international brands such as Trojka, Jägermeister, White Claw, Glenfarclas, fritz-kola, AriZona, and Thomas Henry. We offer you a varied training: In the bottling plant, you will learn to operate the various bottling lines. In summer, your work at the fruit reception is highly sought after. In the distillery, you will learn the traditional craft of distilling and then manage the process.
You will be able to demonstrate what you have learned from vocational school lessons in the laboratory and product development.
What you bring with you
- School leaving certificate with level A or B, good self- and social skills
- Independence, reliability, accuracy, and flexibility
- Interest in natural sciences and mathematics
- Responsible handling of raw materials and process equipment
These are your tasks
- Goods receipt, storage, and further processing according to recipe
- Monitoring and control of production and bottling equipment
- Laboratory analyses from goods receipt to goods issue
- Mixing of various spirits
