You ensure the availability of goods according to demand in the assigned range.
You carry out quality controls directly on site.
You keep an overview of deliveries and associated customs processes.
You keep ERP data and relevant master information up to date.
You process and check delivery notes in daily business.
You independently prepare evaluations and other documents.
You clarify discrepancies between orders and deliveries.
You reliably take on administrative tasks within procurement.
Qualifications:
A completed apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) forms your professional foundation.
Professional experience in the food industry or purchasing is desirable.
You work confidently with MS Office in your daily work environment.
You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
Customer-oriented thinking shapes your communication with internal and external parties.
Flexibility and clear communication skills characterise you.
You have a very good command of German.
Good knowledge of French is also part of your profile.
