🎯 YOUR PROFILE

• 10+ years of Total Revenue Management and commercial experience, including several years in a strategic or multi-property role
• Sound knowledge of common PMS, RMS, BI systems as well as practical experience with AI-supported forecasting and pricing tools
• Experience with highly seasonal structures, luxury and holiday hotels
• Confident handling of AI-supported revenue and property management systems
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Diplomatic skills in working with different stakeholders
• German as a native language and good English skills

📄 YOUR TASKS

• Development and implementation of an overarching Total Revenue Management strategy for our four hotels, taking into account their respective positioning, budgets and market conditions
• Cross-location introduction and further development of commercial systems, processes and standards
• Development and ongoing adjustment of pricing, forecasting and distribution strategies in coordination with the individual hotels
• Analysis of market and demand developments as well as early derivation of appropriate measures
• Management of relevant revenue key figures with special focus on profitability and EBITDA
• Preparation of statistics, analyses and revenue monitoring based on success indicators
• Leading revenue meetings with the hotel’s own revenue teams consisting of management and reservation & revenue managers
• Professional management and coordination of revenue management activities in close cooperation with the local reservation & revenue managers
• Close coordination with the commercial team of the Corporate Office consisting of marketing/sales/PR as well as IT/digital development
• Mentoring and further development of the hotel’s own reservation & revenue managers
• Work stays in the hotels and the Corporate Office Zurich
