Permanent contract - 80 to 100% rate
Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:
Integrated Management System Manager
- Higher technical education complemented by a specialisation in quality management, for example TQ3 or equivalent training
- Good command of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards; knowledge of ISO 14001 is an asset
- Training or experience in project management and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment
- Rigour, analytical mindset, autonomy and ease in monitoring and improving structured processes
- Develop and lead the Integrated Management System (IMS) to support process efficiency and continuous improvement of company practices
- Ensure control of system documentation and maintain consistent updates of processes, procedures, instructions and associated records
- Define, monitor and analyse performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement of overall performance
- Plan, prepare and conduct internal IMS audits, then follow up on findings and associated action plans
- Manage preventive and corrective actions, support changes related to the management system and contribute to its implementation across different departments
