The regionally well-established retirement home Neukirch-Egnach (AWH) offers a lovely home to a total of 64 residents at its two locations Neukirch and Egnach, where their individuality and dignity are preserved and built upon their personal strengths. For our location in Neukirch, we are looking for an immediate or mutually agreed:
Vocational Trainer HF Nursing 60 - 100% (60% Education, remaining workload Nursing)
YOUR TASKS
- Ensuring individual, tailored support, care and promotion of students and apprentices in the field of nursing and care
- Participation in quality assurance of in-company training
- Participation in conceptual work and projects
WHAT YOU BRING
- Recognised diploma in nursing FH/HF, DNII
- Vocational pedagogical qualification equivalent to 100 learning hours (e.g. Practical Trainer SVEB Module 1) or willingness to acquire this
- Ability for transparent, honest and factual communication as well as cooperation
- Motivation to maintain and further develop nursing and training quality
- Appreciative basic attitude
- Good IT skills
