What is my role?

• Commercial handling of repairs and complaints

• Spare parts management and technical component identification

• Customer support together with service technicians

• Purchasing and scheduling for after-sales

• Clarifications with customers and suppliers

• Support for customer service and workshop

• Monitoring of deadlines, orders and delivery status

• Master data maintenance

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training with technical understanding, ideally as a technical clerk

• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage

• Experience in after-sales and complaints management

• Language skills in German/English (French is an advantage)

• Independent, structured working style and strong organisational skills
