About the job

Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative and executive staff, temporary and permanent, across numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We wish to recruit a Marketing & Communication/Management Assistant fr-eng (all) for an IT services company.

Mission:

• Participate in the development of communication and public relations actions at the national level.
• Design technical and promotional content tailored to different target audiences.
• Ensure the updating of the company’s website content (Sitefinity) as well as the intranet/extranet (SharePoint).
• Create communication materials such as brochures, leaflets, presentations and other marketing documents.
• Participate in the planning, coordination and promotion of events.
• Various administrative tasks and support to management.

Profile

• University degree in Marketing/Communication or equivalent.
• Excellent command of French and English (level C1), German is an asset.
• Successful initial experience of 2-3 years in a similar position, ideally in an IT environment.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and digital marketing practices.
• Comfortable with office tools, content management platforms and web design solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Autonomous, organised, proactive and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Residence in Switzerland required.
