Your Tasks

You accompany and support people in their vocational integration together with a specialist.
You take on instructional tasks in our internal training centre as well as in the SILEA Boutique, the Collectors transport service and the Restwert project.
You promote the resources of people whom we accompany within the framework of vocational integration and meet them at eye level.
You take on administrative tasks.
You participate in team meetings and case discussions.

Your Profile

You enjoy working with people.
You are responsible and resilient.
You want to gain insights into the social sector, especially in the field of work pedagogy, or prepare for training through a pre-internship.
You have communication and administrative skills.
You work reliably, in a structured manner and have an administrative or manual flair.
You can adapt to and engage with different situations.
