System Administrator M365 (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 98,000Responsibilities:
- You take on 1st level support and handle the initial resolution of faults by phone, remote access or directly on site
- In this role, you analyse and resolve ICT faults at main and branch locations together with the IT outsourcing partner
- You install and configure PCs, notebooks, DECT phones and peripheral devices according to defined ICT standards
- As an IT specialist, you set up new workstations and ensure a stable system environment
- You maintain the Windows server and Active Directory infrastructure including user and permission management
- Interface management is part of your duties: you coordinate support cases with the outsourcing partner and monitor compliance with SLA requirements
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ) or have several years of experience in IT support
- You are well acquainted with 2-3 years of practice in 1st level and onsite support, ideally in medium-sized IT environments
- Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and handling of PCs and peripheral devices characterises you
- You bring experience in handling Active Directory and have basic knowledge of Windows Server 2025, AVD, VMware, storage and XDR systems
- Network topics such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and WLAN are familiar to you and part of your technical basic understanding
- You convince through customer orientation, reliability and a confident manner, even in stressful situations
