- You lead one of our most important business units with several product groups and clear entrepreneurial responsibility.
- You ensure that strategy does not remain on slides but becomes visible in the market.

- Together with the Business Unit sales and marketing functions, you ensure that we are clearly positioned and convincingly present in the market.

What it takes
- You are an entrepreneurially minded leader with the ambition to achieve results.
- You have a completed technical university degree and have supplemented your profile with solid business management knowledge.
- You have led business areas with P&L responsibility and know how to increase performance – ideally in electronics, sensor technology or mechanical engineering.
- You understand markets, recognise opportunities and can translate technologies into successful, scalable solutions. You combine strategic foresight with clear implementation strength.
- You lead people with energy and clarity, build trust and motivate teams to achieve more together. You move confidently in an international environment and communicate fluently in English.
