Dispatcher (m/f) Heating Service 80%-100%
This is how you provide great support for our service technicians:
- As the first point of contact for our customer enquiries, whether by phone or email, you receive them calmly and resolve them confidently
- Thanks to your expertise, you quickly assess orders and prioritise them according to their urgency
- The timely planning and execution of inspection orders, faults, repairs, and commissioning is in your hands, while you always keep an overview.
- With a cool head and organisational skill, you juggle the orders, taking into account the urgency and workload of the service technicians
- Your coordination talent comes to the fore especially when you create deployment plans for up to 30 service technicians and simultaneously process the electronically received work reports.
- Our data is invaluable. Therefore, you maintain it with great commitment, including recording and updating system data. This includes, for example, recording and adjusting system data.
For our shared success, you bring:
- a completed technical or commercial training with a strong affinity for the other discipline
- already some dispatching experience, preferably with service technicians
- you like to take responsibility, are stress-resistant (high volume) and have good communication skills
- SAP knowledge is highly advantageous
