About the job
What you will do here
- Design and lead further education programmes focusing on mediation and conflict management (including budget and personnel planning, evaluation, supervision and assessment of final theses, involvement in marketing of further education programmes)
- Teach in the further education programmes in the subject area
- Acquire and lead development and service projects in the subject area according to interest and suitability
- Help shape the strategic direction of the institute
What you ideally bring with you
- MSc in Social Work, Psychology, Law or a related field of study
- MAS in Mediation or equivalent further training
- Proven expertise and extensive practical experience in mediation and conflict management
- Experience in leading and teaching further education programmes as well as further training in higher education didactics (or willingness to complete this)
- Knowledge of the systemic and hypnosystemic approach and/or willingness to further train in this
- Independent working style, very good work organisation, strong communication skills
