The Berghof Residential and Care Center offers a home for 107 residents who, due to their age, illness, or disability, rely on assistance in everyday life in a supervised institution. In our public restaurant Papillon, we welcome employees and guests daily and host various events. Are you a passionate cook and want to use your expertise for the benefit of our residents, employees, and guests? Have you gained some professional experience and want to develop further? Your tasks:
- Preparation of cold and hot dishes for our residents, external customers, and guests of the public restaurant Papillon (160 meals at lunch, 110 meals in the evening)
  • Compliance with occupational safety, hygiene regulations, HACCP guidelines, and food legislation
  • Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service
  • Assistance with inventory management You bring with you:
  • Experience in the area of hot and cold cuisine as well as finishing/regeneration of dishes
  • preferably with a federal diploma (EFZ)
  • Clean, precise, and efficient working method
  • An open, warm attitude as well as a reliable personality
