Job Objective

Join our committed team within the Polyanalytic laboratory and participate, in this key role, in building the future of our leading and innovative company.

Your impact in this role

• Telephone response to patients and doctors: general information regarding analyses available at the laboratory, deadlines, requirements for sample collection
• Registration and verification of analysis files
• Printing and sending analysis reports
• Reception and direction of visitors

Your background and expertise

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as assistant or medical secretary or an equivalent qualification
• You are versatile and comfortable on the phone
• You have already worked in a laboratory or medical practice: an advantage
• You are proficient with IT tools and office work
• Foreign languages: an advantage
