Develop an integrated marketing plan for public relations and communication throughout the year covering all pillars of the hotel.
Manage the marketing budget in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director.
Supervise and lead the marketing team to achieve set objectives.
Work closely with all hotel departments and points of sale to develop new editorial directions.
Ensure the publication of press releases highlighting the establishment's news and maintaining a high level of engagement.
Maintain a quality photo library best representing the image and identity of the establishment.
Identify target publications, manage communication with the media, develop new contacts, coordinate press visits and interviews.
Anticipate low or high demand periods to mobilize teams and create unique customer experiences.
Design original experiences (hotel, culinary, or destination) consistent with the hotel's positioning, including collaborations with brands.
Identify and implement participation in local events or activations to strengthen visibility in the surrounding community.
Deploy PR strategies to ensure visibility of points of sale (Restaurants, Bars, Wellness).
Lead the department's marketing meetings, write minutes, and follow up on actions.
Represent the marketing team at the hotel's operational meetings.
Collaborate with tourist offices and visitor bureaus to identify partnership and visibility opportunities.
Conduct regular benchmarks with local, national, international competitors and the luxury sector to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure consistent application of the visual identity throughout the hotel and its points of sale.
Lead and manage the creation of promotional materials (goodies, seasonal brochures, newsletters).
Coordinate and supervise photo and video productions.
Provide support to Sales, Reservations, and Events teams in auditing commercial materials.
Supervise the Digital Marketing Specialist (or agency) on content strategy (social media, website) in line with the PR and Communication plan.
Co-manage the hotel's digital communication strategy with a proactive and creative approach.
Actively understand the client mix, customer profile, and consumer insights.
Apply the crisis management plan with employees in case of emergency or security-related situations.
Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the Sales & Marketing Director.
Comply with VP & LHW sales and marketing standards while collaborating professionally with colleagues and the Management Committee.
Be a true ambassador of the hotel and the Sales & Marketing department.
Manage the marketing budget by optimizing resource allocation.
Assist internal operations if necessary, in a spirit of collaboration.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports (month-end).
