How you inspire
- You handle all telephone inquiries from our private customers
- You ensure the needs assessment and personally advise on our basic products in the areas of payments, saving, investing, retirement planning, and financing
- Your customers will be comprehensively supported by you, their potential will be recognized and internally referred to other business areas
- You provide technical support for our digital services over the phone
What you bring
- You have a commercial basic education in the banking sector or as an alternative entry option with a completed vocational training in the service sector (with several years of professional experience)
- You enjoy customer contact and bring strong verbal communication skills in German and French (at least at level B2)
- You have a technical flair and a high service orientation
- Flexibility (we advise our customers from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM and on Saturdays between 9 AM and 4 PM)
