In this position, you actively shape the future of emergency nursing and contribute significantly to the further development of professional standards. As the central contact person for your team, you are not only a knowledge transmitter but also a driver of innovation and quality. • You bring your expertise into strategic working groups and projects, accompany change processes from the initial idea to successful implementation, and promote cross-departmental collaboration

• You develop new nursing standards, action concepts, and guidelines, train your team in a practical manner, and ensure through regular evaluation that the quality of patient care continuously improves

What do I need to be successful?

For this responsible position, our client requires a completed training as a qualified nurse or an NDS in emergency nursing. Furthermore, solid professional experience as a nurse in the emergency field is important.

In addition, the following qualifications and characteristics are expected:

• Ideally, you already have further training at CAS or DAS level, or you take the opportunity to complete this alongside your new role with support from your employer

• Even when things get hectic, you keep an overview: you make quick, well-founded decisions and remain capable of acting when others lose their heads

• You are passionate about making things better. Not only for yourself but for the entire team and especially for the patients who rely on you

• You take initiative, assume responsibility, and have the courage to explore new paths and actively shape existing structures
