Employee in Property Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF65,000 - 82,000Role:
The company is an established Swiss enterprise with many years of experience and high expertise in its field. With a clear focus on quality, reliability and customer satisfaction, it develops customised solutions and supports its clients in the successful implementation of demanding projects.
Responsibilities:
You support the management of residential properties in day-to-day operations.
You accompany the rental process from advertising to handover of the apartment.
You prepare rental contracts and final statements.
You look after tenants, owners and external partners by phone and in writing.
You take on administrative tasks in commercial and technical property management.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training.
Professional experience in property management.
Independent, structured and reliable way of working.
Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork.
Driving licence category B.
Very good German skills, spoken and written.
