Your tasks
- You advise and raise awareness among the city administration departments on issues of inclusion and equality.
- As a point of contact, you receive concerns from people with disabilities.
- You participate in municipal planning, projects, and regulations.
- In your role, you work closely with the federal government, the canton, as well as private institutions and associations.
- You ensure the systematic involvement of people with disabilities.
- Through targeted awareness-raising and public relations, you strengthen awareness of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Your profile
- You have a (specialist) university degree, preferably in social sciences, humanities, law, architecture, urban or spatial planning, or a related field.
- You bring (professional) experience in equality and anti-discrimination issues.
- You have several years of professional and project management experience and are used to driving projects forward independently.
- A strong desire to shape and a high degree of personal responsibility characterise you.
- You are interested in working at the interface between administration and politics; experience in public administration is an advantage.
