What you can achieve
- You ensure that picking and loading run smoothly, setting the right priorities.
- You coordinate truck deliveries and ensure efficient loading and unloading.
- You handle telephone and written enquiries in a solution-oriented manner and initiate the necessary steps.
- You keep an eye on the entire flow of goods and ensure a trouble-free process from goods receipt to goods issue.
- With your expertise, you support your colleagues in daily business and provide advice on technical questions.
- In addition, you organise notifications for external goods and take care of the management of transport aids.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training in logistics or have several years of professional experience in a comparable environment.
- You work in a structured manner even in hectic situations, set priorities correctly and keep a cool head.
- You communicate clearly and appropriately for the target audience and enjoy working with various internal and external contacts.
- You find it easy to work with digital systems and are proficient in common MS Office applications.
- You take responsibility, always think two steps ahead and value teamwork.
- Shift work (early, late and night shifts) is natural for you and you bring the necessary flexibility for it.
