As an industry leader, we shape the future of the real estate sector together with our clients – offering comprehensive services in valuation, consulting, data, analytics, AI, software, sustainability, and education.

Job Description
Your Team and Mission
At Wüest Partner, we combine expertise, data, and digital solutions to create solid decision-making foundations for the real estate industry. In our digital teams, we develop innovative products and platforms – from SaaS solutions like Wüest Dimensions to new AI-supported services.
We have strong expertise, innovative employees, and existing AI initiatives and experience to build upon. At the same time, it is necessary to further develop the organisational, technical, and regulatory foundations to sustainably scale AI throughout the organisation.
You will build on what has already been achieved and give structure and pace to further development. To do this, you will continuously develop our organisation-wide AI roadmap, identify impactful use cases, and coordinate their implementation. You will work closely with departments, IT, data, legal, security, HR, and management to ensure that technological possibilities translate into concrete improvements.
In doing so, you will connect strategy, business processes, governance, data, technology, and change management and further develop our organisation-wide AI programme based on existing competencies, initiatives, and solutions.
The focus of your role is on Wüest Partner as an entire organisation with its various companies, functions, and locations – not on the further development of a single software product.
Your Tasks
- Further development and implementation of an organisation-wide AI strategy including roadmap, prioritisation logic, as well as expansion and management of an AI portfolio across departments, companies, and locations
- Identification, evaluation, and prioritisation of AI potentials in business and support processes as well as analysis of existing workflows and design of new processes with AI and agentic workflows
- Establishment, expansion, and coordination of a network of AI champions in the departments and coordination of collaboration between business, IT, data, legal, security, HR, and other relevant stakeholders
- Co-design of AI governance, data protection, compliance, risk management, and decision-making processes as well as further development of organisational, technical, and data-related prerequisites for secure AI use
- Support of prioritised initiatives from idea through piloting and scaling to sustainable use in everyday work, as well as promotion of AI competence, adoption, and willingness to change throughout the organisation
- Continuous monitoring of technological developments and translation of their relevance for Wüest Partner as well as transparent reporting to management and preparation of directional and investment decisions
- Ensuring fast learning cycles and pragmatic decisions with appropriate risk
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Completed studies in computer science, data science, AI, or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in organisation-wide transformation, innovation, AI enablement, digital strategy, or programme management as well as in structuring and implementing complex projects across multiple functions, locations, or companies
- Proven practical experience with LLMs, agentic systems, and AI workflows as well as understanding of data dependencies and the limits of current AI technologies
- Experience with AI governance, data protection, information security, compliance, or vendor risk; experience in a regulated environment is an advantage
- Strong business and process understanding as well as the ability to rethink and further develop workflows together with departments
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to lead through expertise, clarity, and diplomacy
- High decisiveness and pragmatism in an environment with continuously evolving conditions and possibilities as well as willingness to practically test new technologies and critically evaluate their benefits
- Experience in change management, enablement, or building communities and networks is an advantage
- Very good communication skills in German and English
