Assistant: Romandie 50-70%

Your tasks

• Telephone switchboard service and handling of the regional mailbox
• Sorting mail and distributing it to the relevant colleagues
• Advising shop customers with specific requests
• Coordination and communication with the customer, internal interfaces, planners and architects
• Planning and execution of small and medium orders, from preparing the offer to invoicing through the entire order process
• Carrying out complex mechanical locking installations
• Handling small requests in the field of electronic access control
• Processing orders for prefabricated metal construction elements
• Supporting and preparing offers and quotations
• Participating in internal process optimisation projects

Your qualifications

• Completed basic commercial training, preferably in a technical field
• Experience in security/locking technology is an advantage
• Sales experience and strong customer orientation
• Strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Quick comprehension and high stress resistance
• Meticulous, responsible and efficient working method
• Organisational talent
• Team player
• Enjoys self-improvement
• Fluent in French, spoken and written
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
