Procurement Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Ensuring the availability of raw materials (vegetables and fruits) for our ultra-fresh products as well as daily, demand-driven scheduling.

• Coordinating supply according to demand and organising the procurement of goods.

• Obtaining quotations, conducting price negotiations, invoice checking and approval as well as evaluating new suppliers.

• Training and experience in procurement and the food industry.

• Accurate and conscientious data maintenance as well as continuous optimisation of existing processes through initiative.

What do I need to be successful?

• At least 5 years of experience in food procurement as well as experience in managing staff.

• Reliable, committed personality with the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations.

• Solution-oriented working style, initiative and the ability to achieve tangible results.

• High motivation as well as strong team spirit to deliver top performance.

• Friendly, flexible and efficient working with initiative.

• Willingness to regularly visit the Essert location.

• Education and further training as well as several years of procurement experience complete your profile.
