At our location in Reinach, we develop and produce innovative industrial flow measuring devices for liquids, gases, and steam. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a QM Calibration Engineer.
What is this role about?
In this role, you are part of a team that develops new calibration concepts that meet the highest requirements in metrology and engineering – thus ensuring reliability and quality around the clock. Our highly specialized internal engineering and project teams work hand in hand to provide world-class calibration processes for our production sites worldwide. The position is based at the Reinach (Switzerland) location.
Specifically, you can expect the following tasks, among others
- You lead quality projects and quality task forces to resolve complaints and non-conformities
- You develop and improve business processes in quality management in line with our lean and governance guidelines
- You continuously design and maintain the organization of our ISO-17025 quality management system
- You actively participate in our company-wide Quality Network and contribute to pre-development phases, production quality initiatives, as well as global accreditation and certification activities
What you bring with you
- You have a completed degree in natural or engineering sciences (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field). A master's degree is an advantage
- You have solid and practical experience in applying quality standards and regulations in the field of calibration and metrology
- You bring analytical and pragmatic thinking as well as strong communication and leadership skills
- You are proficient in English and German, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is an advantage
