Your tasks
- Consultation and maintaining contact with external and internal stakeholders
- Assistance with quotations and conducting tenders for work and deliveries
- Creation and monitoring of schedules as well as initiating measures in case of deviations in assembly and scheduling
- Checking the execution planning on site
- Ordering to ensure an optimal workflow in production
- Interface between managing director and production as well as assembly
Your profile
- Basic training as a joiner with a federal certificate of competence or wood technician, with further training e.g. as planning clerk, technical merchant or master joiner
- Several years of experience in the joinery trade with a focus on conversion & renovation as well as monument preservation
- Teamwork skills and leadership qualities
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident communication in spoken and written form
- Likeable manner in direct customer contact and confident in dealing with our end customers and site managers
- IT proficient (Office, Triviso, Vectorworks or similar)
