THIS IS WHAT YOU DO
- You take responsibility for the operation and further development of IT services or build new services
- You plan and control the service costs, including budgeting, forecasting, internal charging (service-to-service) and controlling
- You take care of license management (orders, renewals, compliance), act as the link to our partners and ensure cost transparency
- You create and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for internal and external customers and ensure their compliance
- You work closely with internal departments, external partners and the IT organisation, bringing together requirements, developments and changes in a structured way
- Together with the Product Manager, you maintain a strategy and a roadmap for the further development of your IT service
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration (FH/HF/FA) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT Service Management, Application Management or a comparable role
- Interest and/or experience in financial management (budget responsibility, cost management, charging models)
- Experience in creating and managing SLAs is a plus
- ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as high initiative
- Ownership is not just a term for you, but an attitude you live daily
- Strong communication skills in German (spoken and written) and enjoyment in exchanging with various stakeholders
