Basic Training as a Mediamatician EFZ

The training takes place within SRG SSR and is conducted at the SRF regional unit in Zurich.

SRG SSR is the largest media company in Switzerland. With its business units SRF, RTS, RSI and RTR, it produces and distributes content in the areas of information, education, culture, entertainment and sport. As a trainee, you will become part of a diverse and future-oriented company that connects people throughout Switzerland and reaches millions of users daily on various platforms.

What are your tasks?

• Implementation of various assignments in the areas of digital distribution, design, marketing and communication
• Conceptualisation, implementation and distribution of multimedia storytelling content: videos, animations, banners, graphics, illustrations
• Working with Affinity, DaVinci and SRF-specific tools as well as providing user support for employees and managing the company’s own digital platforms as well as the SRF offering on social media channels
• Creation of presentations, fact sheets, instructions as well as co-organisation and participation in job-specific events

• Completed secondary school type A or in the structured upper school with extended requirements E or equivalent schooling with good performance
• Quick comprehension combined with strong concentration ability
