YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Planning, execution, and management of projects to optimise maintenance programmes for bogies and running gear in operation
- Further development of maintenance programmes by integrating the latest technical and operational innovations and insights
- Identification of fault causes in vehicles or fleets and derivation of measures for permanent rectification
- Technical support for 2nd source and change requests
- Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements in the processing of projects and orders
- Supporting more than 80 Stadler service maintenance locations worldwide with innovative concepts and sustainable solutions
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- University or technical college degree with a technical focus, preferably in mechanical engineering
- Basic training in the technical field
- Several years of experience in commissioning, maintenance, or development of rail vehicles, ideally related to bogies/running gear
- Familiarity with the application of standards and norms
- Experience in project management
- Assertiveness, flexibility, and strong communication skills
- Fluent German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel (max. 20%) for visits to customers, locations, and fleets domestically and abroad
