Building Services Planner*in Specializing in Sanitary 80-100%
In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: collaboration, passion for complex projects, and innovative spirit.
Your tasks:
In this position, you can expect diverse and exciting tasks. You will work actively in interdisciplinary project teams with engineers and project managers. You will take on the independent creation of 2D and 3D plans, floor plans, and schematics and carry out technical calculations independently. Additionally, you will write technical reports and prepare material and quantity take-offs for tenders.
Another important aspect of your work is the support in the introduction and further development of internal CAD standards as well as the implementation of the BIM methodology. You will be involved in all project phases – from concept development to execution planning – and regularly participate in coordination meetings with internal and external project participants.
Your profile:
For this exciting role, you bring a completed EFZ as a Building Services Planner, specializing in sanitary. You have a strong spatial imagination as well as planning and coordination skills. In addition, you have several years of experience in handling sanitary projects.
You possess good knowledge of CAD applications such as Plancal NOVA or Revit and ideally bring experience with BIM software and building data modeling. Your working style is independent, practical, and committed, complemented by strong communication and teamwork skills.
Your profile is rounded off by very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills, and ideally French skills.
