We are currently seeking motivated field service technicians (m/f/d) for the Swiss region Eastern Switzerland in the area of high-pressure cleaners.

In this role, you will be on site with our customers, ensuring smooth operations and applying your technical know-how exactly where it is needed. Become part of our mission – we look forward to hearing from you!

Your responsibilities with us:

• Maintenance and repair of all products from our extensive portfolio
• Independent organisation and planning of your routes and handling of customer enquiries
• Close collaboration with our customers from all industries on site
• Direct cooperation with sales for efficient and sustainable customer management
• You use the latest IT systems in your work and continuously develop yourself thanks to our innovative technology

Your profile:

• A successfully completed vocational training in mechatronics, mechanics, electrical engineering, plant engineering, hydraulics or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in direct customer contact and are trained in relationship management
• You convince with a solution-oriented mindset
• You communicate confidently in German and English – both written and spoken
• French language skills are advantageous
• An independent and structured way of working
• A category B driving licence is a basic requirement for this role; possession of category BE is advantageous but not mandatory
