For our client, a modern trust company with around 30 employees at the locations Rapperswil-Jona, Arbon and Wattwil, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately.
The company is characterised by a young, motivated team and personally, competently and holistically supports its clients in the areas of trust, taxes and auditing.
To strengthen the team, we are looking for a suitable person for the Rapperswil location.

Job Description

• Foundation: A commercial basic education and initial professional experience in the trust industry.
• Working method: You work precisely, independently and do not lose track even when busy.
• Mindset: You are motivated, conscientious and have a high quality standard for your work.
• Tools: Ideally, you have already worked with Abacus, Bexio and Dr. Tax.
• Digital affinity: You are digitally savvy. Paperless processes excite you and you quickly find your way around new systems.

We expect

• Trust daily business: You support our client managers with bookkeeping, financial statements and payroll. Our experienced client managers will assist you with advice and support.
• Taxes: You prepare tax returns for private individuals as well as companies.
• Internal processes: You assist with internal invoicing and work closely with our own accounting department.
• Office management: Together with other officers, you are the business card of our location! You take turns managing the secretariat (telephone, mail, reception).
