For our client from the Canton of Lucerne, we are looking immediately for a carpenter, joiner or very experienced timber construction assistant for production in Altbüron.

You mainly work in the workshop and support the team in the manufacture of timber construction elements. We are looking for a skilled person who can read plans, work independently and contribute productively to timber construction production.

Carpenter / Joiner for Timber Construction Production and Element Construction in Altbüron LU (m/f/d)

  • Manufacture of timber construction elements in the workshop
  • Participation in wall, ceiling and roof element construction
  • Cutting and processing of wood and panel materials
  • Assembling timber constructions according to plan
  • Cladding timber frame elements
  • Installing insulation and other materials
  • Mounting substructures
  • Operating common machines and hand tools
  • Performing measurement and quality controls
  • Working independently according to production and element plans
  • Supporting the existing production team
  • General carpentry, joinery and timber construction work



    • We expect:
  • Training as a Carpenter EFZ, Joiner EFZ or Wood Processor EBA is an advantage
  • Alternatively, several years of professional experience as a timber construction worker or timber construction assistant
  • Good experience in timber construction, element construction or joinery
  • Experience in timber construction production is an advantage
  • You can read plans and measurements
  • Confident handling of machines and hand tools
  • Independent, precise and efficient working style
  • Good spoken German skills
  • Physical fitness and manual dexterity
  • Reliability, punctuality and team spirit
  • You are available immediately
  • Driving licence category B and own vehicle are an advantage
