To complete our multidisciplinary team, we are looking for the following profile for our establishment on a permanent contract:
Unqualified Nursing Assistants (4 positions)
MISSION:
The unqualified nursing assistant helps to provide appropriate care to elderly people living in nursing homes. They contribute through their professional skills and observations to the care process and the personalised support plan for each resident.
They are committed to the institution's project, and their commitment promotes the integration, adaptation, and well-being of residents with respect, kindness, and dignity.
The main activities are carried out under the delegation of nursing staff:
- Provide basic care, hygiene, and comfort to residents in accordance with the care plan, maintaining their autonomy and preserved abilities.
- Provide all necessary assistance to enable residents to carry out daily life activities, and to engage in recreational, playful, and/or relearning activities.
- Participate through observation, communication, and written reports in the implementation and evaluation of the personalised support plan for each resident.
• Support, as part of a multidisciplinary team, the resident and their relatives in end-of-life care and support, within the framework of palliative care and care in the final days.
- Speak with the resident and/or their relatives with respect and dignity.
- Ensure the cleaning of the residents' immediate environment in accordance with hygiene rules.
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment, furniture, and administrative and logistical activities within the care unit.
TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Certificate as a CRS health auxiliary or equivalent.
- Experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics is desirable.
- Proficiency in common office software and DIR-SADIES or ease with learning IT.
- Oral and written proficiency in French.
