• Responsible for and ensuring the professional and operational management of the department, including implementation of service agreements, budget responsibility, as well as quality and process optimization
• Leading, developing, and organizing employees, including deployment planning, employee discussions, and professional crisis management
• Ensuring compliance with compliance, quality, and financial requirements, including controlling, invoice verification, as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• Coordinating and maintaining collaboration with municipalities, cantons, authorities, and other stakeholders, as well as ensuring transparent information flow
• Responsible for the strategic development of the department, including market observation, acquisition, site development, and management of strategic projects

• Completed training in social work or equivalent (additional certificates in leadership/management training advantageous, etc.)
• Several years of leadership experience
• Very good use of MS Office applications
• Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
• German | spoken: C2 | written: C2
• French | spoken: B2 | written: B2

• Willingness to travel (travel activity amounts to 30%)
