The Frohmatt Retirement Center is a modern facility that offers various forms of housing tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people with care needs, people with dementia, and assist individuals in supported living. Our operation also includes serviced senior apartments within the building. The Stollenweid House, as the fourth house, also belongs to Frohmatt. Here live our residents who enjoy rural living.

Your tasks:
- Maintaining regular communication with residents, their relatives, employees, and external contacts
- Deputy personnel management, including organizing the team in close collaboration with the group management
- Guiding and supporting employees in care, support, and professional matters; promoting and expanding employees' expertise
- Ensuring and optimizing care quality and processes
- Participating in projects
- Process responsibility for goal-oriented planning and implementation of comprehensive care and support in complex situations according to the care process
- Planning and conducting medical visits
What you bring:
- Completed training as a qualified nurse/HF
- Solid professional experience in long-term care
- Leadership experience and further training in leadership is an advantage
- You are a responsible, communicative personality who enjoys working independently
- You possess high social competence and interest in continuous development
- Solid IT knowledge (Peps, RAI, Lobos, etc.)
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
