What is my role?
Our client is looking for a committed individual with a can-do mentality who wants to shape the company in the long term with innovative and strategic thinking. You will take responsibility for diverse construction projects and actively help shape the future.
Your tasks include:
Management and coordination of varied projects in civil engineering, road construction, and hydraulic engineering
Responsibility for the administrative, technical, and personnel management of various construction sites, from smaller to larger projects
Monitoring and ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets
Strategic deployment planning and motivating leadership of your construction team
Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations on all construction sites
Calculation, work preparation, measurement, and professional billing of projects
Active acquisition of new projects and expansion of the business area
What do I need to be successful?
You have completed training as a construction manager and necessarily possess solid experience in civil and road construction
Further requirements:
Strong leadership skills and excellent organisational talent
Team player mentality. You support and motivate your team with enthusiasm
Can-do mentality with the will to drive things forward and implement them
Innovative and strategic thinking for long-term development
