Automation Technician with Technical Customer Service and Support
Responsibilities
- Professionally advise customers on technical questions and applications
- Diagnose and resolve faults via telephone analysis and data evaluation
- Organise service calls and coordinate with internal specialist departments
- Create service documents, documentation, and training materials
Requirements
- Completed training as an automation technician or equivalent qualification
- Ideally experience in technical customer service or support
- Fluent German and English skills as well as confident PC user abilities
- Independent, analytical thinking and customer-oriented working style
