What you will do here
- Participate in the acquisition and implementation of research and development projects in the field of child and youth welfare
- Contribute to teaching in the Bachelor's degree programme (conduct courses as well as supervise student papers and internships)
- Collaborate on scientific and professional publications and conference contributions
- Undertake further substantive and organisational tasks at the Institute for Childhood, Youth, Family
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed Bachelor's degree and ongoing Master's degree in Social Work
- Several years of practical experience in social work (ideally in child and youth welfare)
- Experience in scientific, empirical work (especially qualitative social research)
- Experience in project work
- Initial experience in university teaching or willingness to acquire it, including appropriate further training in higher education didactics
- Willingness to develop a profile in university teaching and research and to actively shape your own development
- Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
