Commercial Employee in the Logistics Sector

Job Description

• Coordination and processing of orders and deliveries
• Maintenance and updating of inventory data in the system
• Communication with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Support in the optimisation of logistics processes and procedures
• Handling of complaints and returns
• Working hours between 07:00 and 17:00

We Expect

• Qualified vocational training in the commercial field, several years of professional experience, ideally in the transport and logistics industry
• Expertise in the food industry and good knowledge of retail and wholesale trade in Switzerland
• Outgoing, strong in presentations and persuasive
• Strong communication skills and fluent in German
