Customer Service Representative
Tasks
- Telephone support and handling of customer enquiries
- Recording repair orders as well as coordinating home delivery and service appointments
- Handling internal enquiries in collaboration with other departments
- General administrative tasks, e.g. ordering spare parts and processing manufacturer orders
Requirements
- Commercial experience, ideally in telephone customer service
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good French skills at least at B2 level, and Italian skills are an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation as well as a friendly and professional appearance
