Your Role
We are establishing a central leadership position to drive our company's Artificial Intelligence strategy and execution. As Head of AI, you will define and lead our AI roadmap across business units, ensuring measurable impact on productivity, innovation, and customer value. You will work closely with C-level executives while building and leading a high-performing AI function.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and own the Group-wide AI strategy, roadmap, and governance framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and risk appetite
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of AI platforms, large language models, and data-driven solutions across the organization
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into prioritized, deliverable initiatives
- Build and lead a cross-functional AI team, combining internal talent development with strategic partnerships and vendor management
- Establish MLOps standards, model lifecycle practices, and quality assurance processes for AI in production
- Drive the AI literacy agenda across the Group, enabling non-technical stakeholders to understand, challenge, and adopt AI solutions
- Represent the AI function in governance bodies and provide structured reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks, and ROI
Your Profile
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in data and AI, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering AI and machine learning solutions at scale in complex, regulated environments; financial services experience is a strong advantage
- Deep technical fluency across the AI stack: cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), ML frameworks, LLMs, data architecture, and MLOps
- Strong executive communication skills; able to translate technical complexity into business language for C-Level and Board-level audiences
- Experience managing relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, and external partners
- Fluency in English; French or Portuguese is an asset
